A consecuencia del avance de la crisis sanitaria derivada del COVID-19 y de su impacto transversal, nacional e internacional, Grupo Gourmets ha decidido aplazar la realización de la 34 edición del Salón Gourmets al ejercicio 2021, del 12 al 15 de abril.
 
La organización del certamen ha adoptado esta decisión tras contrastar con IFEMA que no pueden ofrecerse a día de hoy, garantías suficientes para confirmar su celebración en junio. Del mismo modo, el aplazamiento responde al propósito de priorizar la integridad física y la salud de las personas vinculadas al evento (trabajadores, expositores, visitantes nacionales e internacionales, proveedores y organizadores) y de asegurar que el evento de alimentación y bebidas de calidad más importante de Europa, se celebre en un ecosistema propicio y de absoluta normalidad que favorezca el intercambio de acuerdos comerciales entre sus participantes.

As a result of the advance of the health crisis derived from COVID-19 and its cross-national and international impact, Grupo Gourmets has decided to postpone the 34th edition of Salón Gourmets to next year 2021, from April 12 to 15.
 
The organization of the contest has adopted this decision after contrasting with IFEMA that sufficient guarantees cannot be offered today to confirm its celebration in June. In the same way, the postponement responds to the purpose of prioritizing the physical integrity and health of the people linked to the event (workers, exhibitors, national and international visitors, suppliers and organizers) and to ensure that the most important fine food and beverages event of Europe, is celebrated in a favorable and absolutely normal ecosystem that favors the exchange of trade agreements between its participants.
